Property & Grounds is a family-owned business servicing all of Melbourne. Chad Assafiri started offering grounds keeping services in 2008, then expanded to include repairs and maintenance work in response to a demand for reliable tradespeople to service investment / rental properties.
Our team has expanded to include multiple vehicles, with groundskeeping staff, handymen and qualified and licensed tradespeople, with an office to coordinate property managers, owners and tenants involved.
